1. Our affiliates are prohibited from bidding on for search marketing campaigns, including SONOFF, sonoff tech, SONOFF.TECH, iTead, iTead Studio, itead.cc, https://sonoff.tech, NEXTION, nextion tech, NEXTION.TECH, iTead, iTead Studio, itead.cc, https://nextion.tech/

2. Affiliates are prohibited from using in the SEM display URLs of search marketing campaigns, so publishers may not use sonoff.tech, https://sonoff.tech, itead.cc, nextion.tech, https://nextion.tech/, itead.cc, https://www.itead.cc/ or https://www.itead.cc/ as the display URL.

3. Affiliates are not allowed to link directly to ITEAD website from the search marketing campaigns.

4. Affiliates must not use "itead", "itead studio", "itead.cc", "iTead Official", "sonoff", "sonoff official", "nextion", "nextion official", "iTead plus the product name", "nextion plus the product name", "sonoff plus the product name" and other similar words in any form of advertising, especially in SEM.

5. Affiliates will not be paid the commission of violated promotions.
Affiliates are prohibited to promote our products using the website URLs (itead.cc, sonoff.tech, nextion.tech) and brand names as keywords, if the violation will be detected,  the commission will not be paid to such affiliates during the 90 days after the first click of such Ads.

6. Logos provided through the affiliate program are allowed to be used. Use of trademarks in domain names are prohibited.

7. Our affiliates are prohibited to use adult nature keywords or content in Web site content or meta data.

8.  Affiliates who violate our bidding search campaigns, we will  stop collaboration, and will not accept your application of promotion again as well.

9. Affiliates who want to promote Itead in SEM need to get the advertiser's approval.
