Our business model is based on selling products and services aimed at the health and well-being of our customers. We operate in the specialty retail market, following the drugstore concept, that is, we focus on reference (brand) and generic drugs, subject to medical prescription or over-the-counter (“OTC”), multivitamin and perfumery products, which include hygiene and beauty items, comprising approximately 15,600 items purchased from 440 different suppliers. We also offer the sale of medicines formulated through six compounding pharmacies with products tailored to our customers.
