Affiliates Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate may bid on search terms from website search engines or other directory or referral services (e.g. Yahoo Search Marketing, Google, etc. collectively "Search Engines"), provided that:

• Affiliate's search terms, listing titles and descriptions, and the content of their websites do not violate the copyright or any other rights of adidas or any third party, as determined by adidas in its sole discretion; and
• Affiliate complies with the following guidelines, as determined by adidas in its sole discretion: Affiliate ads shall not be displayed in response to a keyword query containing adidas or any other adidas trademark, nor any confusingly similar term, and Affiliate will not be paid for any transactions resulting from any keyword or phrase containing such search keyword; and
• Affiliate's listing titles and descriptions on the website search engines link to their website and not directly to adidas. Affiliate is required to employ negative keyword matching to prevent violation of this guideline. If Affiliate bids on permitted keywords (i.e. sports, footwear, etc.) not in combination with adidas' trademarks, then all such advertising placements must comply with the Terms of Service for the Search Engine that will display the advertising.

1. Affiliate's Web Site shall not in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of the adidas.com, nor shall Affiliate create the impression that its site is part of the adidas domains or franchise or distributor program. Affiliate shall not use adidas trademarks, or any variation or misspellings of those trademarks, in its URL, company name, business name, or site name without prior written consent from adidas. Affiliate shall not scrape or frame, or permit the scraping or framing of, any page of adidas.com.
2. Affiliate shall not make any representations, warranties or other statements concerning adidas, adidas.com or any other adidas domain, any of adidas’ products, or adidas.com policies
3. Affiliate will not engage in deceptive software download or computer settings practices to promote adidas or adidas’ sites. The deceptive practices prohibited include, but are not limited to, installing software without user knowledge, changing a user's home page without securing user permission, or offering downloadable software that does not uninstall.
4. Affiliate will continue to comply with Affiliate Banner Guidelines and Photo Guidelines.
5. Affiliate shall not market or promote adidas through social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) without written consent from adidas.
6.  Affiliate will not list adidas as sponsor of any promotion without express written approval.

General Campaign terms:

All allowed traffic sources are mentioned in the campaign detail.

Authentic promotional methods should be used to promote the campaign.

Advertiser holds the complete right to deny all pending payments in the event of fraud or malpractice.

Any violation of rules or using unapproved creative is subject to legal action and heavy penalty.
