Campaign Description - This is a Cost per Sale campaign where the publishers need to drive sales on Aqualogica's website. 

Target/Region - PAN India

ATTRIBUTION, REPORTS & VALIDATION

1. The Advertiser at present uses Google Analytics to give Affiliate a final validation for the billable numbers for each month.
2. The advertiser uses last-click attribution, where the affiliate receiving the last click before the sale gets 100% credit for the conversion.
3. Final Validation reports will be shared after the 15th of every month.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• No Affiliate shall run a campaign on Google or any Social media website.
• Coupon website partnered with Network/Affiliate cannot use false offer communication (No up to/flat 50% / 70%) discount

Important Note: If the Affiliate is found running the campaign on Google or any social media portal, the Below penalty is imposed
No brand bidding is allowed. Failing to do so will have the following impact   

1. Instant: Payout of 2 days will be deducted 
2. Instant: Payout of 1 week will be deducted 
3. Instant: A payout of 15 days will be deducted 
4. Instant: No payout; ban from the campaign

GENERAL TERMS: 

• All allowed traffic sources are mentioned in the campaign detail.
• Authentic promotional methods should be used to promote the campaign.
• Advertiser holds the complete right to deny all pending payments in the event of fraud or malpractice.
• Any violation of rules or using unapproved creative is subject to legal action and heavy penalty.
