Indoleads Growth Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (the “Subscription Terms”) govern the purchase of an Indoleads Growth subscription from Indoleads Platform Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia (“Indoleads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), by the person or legal entity purchasing it (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”).

These Subscription Terms supplement the Indoleads Advertiser Terms and Conditions, which continue to govern campaigns, insertion orders, conversions and commissions. In the event of a conflict, these Subscription Terms prevail in relation to the subscription itself, and the Advertiser Terms and Conditions prevail in all other respects.

By ticking the acceptance box in the payment form, completing a subscription payment or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Subscription Terms, the Advertiser Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for business use. These Subscription Terms are addressed to companies, sole proprietors and other business users, and not to consumers purchasing for personal, family or household purposes.

1 - DEFINITIONS

a) “Service” means the Indoleads Growth subscription: access to the Indoleads platform, the affiliate network and the related services included in the Plan you purchase.
b) “Plan” means the set of features, limits and the price published on the plans page at indoleads.com/growth.
c) “Billing Period” means one month, starting on the date of the first successful payment and renewing on the corresponding day of each following month.
d) “Fees” means the price of the Plan for one Billing Period.
e) “Billing Portal” means the Stripe customer portal linked on the plans page, through which you can manage payment details and cancel the subscription.
f) “Advertiser Terms” means the Indoleads Advertiser Terms and Conditions published at indoleads.com/advertiser-terms-and-conditions.

2 - SUBJECT MATTER

a) Indoleads provides access to the Service in the scope of the Plan purchased, and Subscriber pays the Fees for that access.
b) The Service is deemed provided when access for the relevant Billing Period is made available, irrespective of the extent to which Subscriber actually uses it.
c) The Fees pay for access to the Service only. They are not a guarantee of sales, traffic volume, number of orders, conversion rate or return on investment.
d) Affiliate commissions and advertising payouts are funded separately by Subscriber and are not included in the Fees.
e) Setup, launch and support timelines are those stated for the relevant Plan on the plans page. Placement of Subscriber's offers in external affiliate networks depends on decisions of those third parties and is not guaranteed by Indoleads.

3 - ACCEPTANCE AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

a) These Subscription Terms are accepted by the combination of ticking the acceptance box in the payment form and completing payment of the selected Plan.
b) Upon acceptance, a contract is formed between Subscriber and Indoleads on these Subscription Terms.
c) Where Subscriber accepts on behalf of a company or other legal entity, Subscriber represents that it has authority to bind that entity.

4 - FEES AND PAYMENT

a) The current Plans and their prices are published on the plans page. Prices are stated per Billing Period and in the currency shown at checkout.
b) Payment is made by payment card through Stripe. Indoleads does not receive or store full card details; they are processed by Stripe in accordance with applicable card industry standards.
c) Payment is treated as made when Indoleads receives confirmation of a successful charge from Stripe.
d) Fees are exclusive of any taxes, duties or levies, which are added where required by applicable law.
e) Promotional codes, where offered, apply on the conditions stated when they are issued, and the discount applies in the amount shown at checkout before payment.
f) Indoleads may change the Fees. A change does not affect a Billing Period already paid for and applies to subsequent charges, and Subscriber shall be notified at least thirty (30) days before the first charge at the new price.

5 - RECURRING PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

a) The subscription renews automatically. By ticking the acceptance box in the payment form, Subscriber authorises Indoleads, through Stripe, to charge the Fees to the saved payment method for each Billing Period, on the day corresponding to the date of the first payment, without separate confirmation of each charge.
b) Each charge is made in the amount of the Fees applicable on the date of the charge, taking into account any applicable discount.
c) Subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time through the Billing Portal, or by sending a request to refunds@indoleads.com.
d) Cancellation stops further charges from the next Billing Period, provided it is made before the date of the next charge.
e) After cancellation, access to the Service continues until the end of the Billing Period already paid for.
f) Where a charge cannot be completed, including insufficient funds, an expired or blocked card, Indoleads may suspend access to the Service and retry the charge.

6 - REFUNDS

a) Subscriber may request a refund of the Fees for an unused period where access to the Service was not provided through the fault of Indoleads.
b) In all other cases the Fees are non-refundable, and Subscriber's remedy is cancellation of the subscription with effect from the next Billing Period.
c) Fees for a Billing Period during which access to the Service was provided and the Service was available are not refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
d) Refund requests shall be sent to refunds@indoleads.com, stating the date and amount of the payment. Indoleads shall review a request within ten (10) business days.
e) Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of the decision.

7 - OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

a) Indoleads shall provide access to the Service within one (1) business day of payment, and shall perform setup and launch work within the timelines stated for the Plan.
b) Indoleads may engage third parties in the performance of these Subscription Terms and may carry out scheduled maintenance, giving prior notice where reasonably practicable.
c) Subscriber shall provide accurate information, shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and shall not transfer access to third parties without the prior consent of Indoleads.
d) Subscriber remains responsible for compliance with the Advertiser Terms in respect of its campaigns, creatives and offers.

8 - SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

a) Indoleads may suspend or terminate the subscription where Subscriber is in material breach of these Subscription Terms or the Advertiser Terms, where a charge fails, or where required for legal, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
b) Termination of the subscription does not affect amounts due for campaigns under the Advertiser Terms, including affiliate commissions already generated.

9 - LIABILITY

a) Indoleads is not liable for loss of profit or for the consequences of acts of third parties, including external affiliate networks, advertising platforms and payment service providers.
b) The total aggregate liability of Indoleads is limited to the Fees actually paid by Subscriber for the Billing Period in which the event giving rise to liability occurred.
c) Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 - PERSONAL DATA

a) By accepting these Subscription Terms, Subscriber consents to the processing of its personal data, including name, email address and payment identifiers, for the purpose of performing this contract.
b) Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at indoleads.com/privacy-policy.
c) Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to refunds@indoleads.com. Withdrawal makes further provision of the Service impossible and operates as cancellation of the subscription.

11 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

a) Indoleads may amend these Subscription Terms. The current version is published at the link provided at checkout.
b) Changes are notified by email to the address given at checkout, or through the Billing Portal, at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, except where a change is required for legal compliance, security or fraud prevention, in which case it may take effect immediately.
c) Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Subscription Terms. If Subscriber does not agree, its remedy is to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.

12 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

a) These Subscription Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
b) Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Subscription Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (Malaysia) (“AIAC”) in accordance with the AIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time the arbitration is commenced.
c) The seat of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
d) Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13 - GENERAL

a) These Subscription Terms, together with the Advertiser Terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subscription.
b) If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
c) Subscriber may not assign these Subscription Terms without the prior written consent of Indoleads. Indoleads may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in interest.
d) Notices to Indoleads shall be sent to refunds@indoleads.com for matters concerning payments, cancellation and refunds.
e) These Subscription Terms were last revised on 23 September 2026.
