Search Campaign Terms & Conditions:
4.1 Protected SEM Bidding Keywords. These are keywords that publishers are prohibited from bidding on for search marketing campaigns. Affiliates are not authorized to utilize or bid on keywords incorporating the “Fender” trademark name (A.K.A. Branded Terms) or any variation/misspelling thereof. Examples of prohibited words, keywords and terms include, but are not limited to the following: Fender, Fender store, Fender guitars, fender amps, fender accessories, fender lifestyle, fender shirts, fender gear, Fender Custom Shop, Fender Connect, Fender Membership, Fender Play, Fender Tune, Fender Tuning, Fender Tune for Guitar, fender tune app, Fender Songs, Fender Songs for Guitar, fender songs app, Fender Tabs, Fender Guitar Tabs, Fender Chords, Fender guitar chords, Fender Tone, fender tone app, fender tone app for guitar, riffstation, riffstation app, fender riffstation, Fender play for bass, fender play gift card, fender play gift cards, fender play guitar, fender play guitars, fender play guitar lesson, fender play guitar lessons, fenderplay gift card, fenderplay gift cards, Fendr, Fender app, Fender apps, fender beginner lessons, fender beginner lesson, fender for beginners, fender for beginner, fender guitar, fender guitars, fender guitar lessons, fender guitar lesson, fender guitar lessons app, fender guitar lesson app, fender learn guitar, fender lessons, fender lesson, fender lessons for beginner, fendor lessons for beginners, fender music, fender online guitar lessons, fender online guitar lesson. 4.2 Prohibited SEM Display URL Content. These are terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the display URLs of search marketing campaigns. Affiliates may not use " www.fender.com"; or any variation/misspelling thereof as the display URL in any Search Engine or like marketing campaign without the prior written consent of Fender.

4.3 Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content. These are terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the Ad Copy of search marketing campaigns. Affiliates may not use any Branded Terms or a variation/misspelling thereof in the Ad Headline of the Ad Copy in Search Engines or like marketing campaigns without the prior written consent of Fender.

4.4 Limited Use SEM Ad Copy Content. These are terms that publishers are permitted to use in the display URL of search marketing campaigns. Affiliates may use Advertiser Brand Terms and/or Trademarks in the display URL path, but not in the subdomain. For example: yourwebsite.com/fender is ok, but fender.yourwebsite.com is not.

4.5 Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers. These are any additional usage instructions or limitations for search marketing including rules for broad, exact, phrase or negative matching. Affiliates may not bid on keyword strings having to do with promotions, coupons, or discounts. Examples of keyword strings include but are not limited to: “Fender coupons”, “Fender promocodes”, “Fender promos”, “fender.com discounts”, “fender.com promotions” without the prior written consent of Fender.
