Campaign description: It is a CPL(cost per lead) campaign wherein we must open savings account for Indusind Saving Bank Account. The advertiser is offering its affiliates to run it in PAN India. All allowed promotional methods are selected under traffic sources.

Objective: The campaign needs to be promoted on cost per account open module where the validation will be done on a successful account open.

TnC's:
1. Selecting affiliates for the campaign - Only affiliates approved by Client will be used to execute campaigns for IndusInd Bank.
2. Campaign go live - Only after a test mailer has been approved by the WC team, followed by the client shall a campaign be taken live.
3. Daily mailer tracking - To ensure only approved mailer is used by all vendors, we (IBL and WC) will share a list of email IDs with the vendors. They shall be instructed clearly, to send the first batch of mailers on these IDs every morning and only after one of the two teams have approved the emailer/subject lines/sender name etc should the publisher send the mailers out to the larger database/group. Any burst which is not marked to us will not be considered for payments.
4. Identifying mailers with incorrect details- We shall use this common email ID to track the UTMs of all mailers received; in case of any concerns, we'll then know who the publisher is for a given mail.
5. Penalizing the vendors -In case of 1st mistake, we shall identify the sub-publisher ID and only deduct the deliveries from this ID during last 5 days at the time of billing.
In case of repetition, we shall withhold the entire payment for that specific sub-publisher.
After the above 2, in case another sub-publisher through the same source (affiliate) is found to be running wrong communication within the same month, the entire billing for this specific affiliate in that month shall be considered null and void.
Following this, the affiliate will then not be used for any campaigns in future.
General Terms:
- All allowed traffic sources are mentioned in the campaign detail.
- Authentic promotional methods should be used to promote the campaign.
- Advertiser holds the complete right to deny all pending payments in the event of fraud or malpractice.
- Any violation of rules or using unapproved creative is subject to legal action and heavy penalty.
Brand bidding is not allowed.
