About the job

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the awesomeness of Indoleads.com in Kuala Lumpur. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Approach and acquire new clients for OneKlix
  • Record, track and maintain outbound activity.
  • Understand OneKlix platform enough to provide good introduction to potential clients.
  • Lead the strategy and execution to recruit new clients/networks/ partners to grow OneKlix system.
  • Develop well-defined success metrics for business growth and network activation.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and attend client meetings as required.
  • Oversee network activity and trends, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop ways to increase revenues.
  • Own the metric of active networks on the platform globally.
  • Test, measure and optimize to drive networks growth, engagement and revenue.
  • Deliver easily disseminated program analytics and performance metrics to management.

Affiliate Relations Manager

We are looking for people with proven experience who worked with publishers/affiliates​/bloggers before.

Duties:
  • Bring additional affiliates and help them grow up with commissions
  • Manage existing publishers/affiliates and help them increase turnover
  • Attract bloggers/website owners/cash-back etc to our platform and help them with integration
  • Constantly increasing number of traffic coming to our advertisers websites
Necessary requirements:
  • At least 2 years in the same industry
  • Knowledge about affiliate marketing and CPA – strictly!
  • Active database of publishers from any region and country
  • Full of energy and enthusiasm
  • Passion for digital performance marketing
Formal requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent or IT.
  • Required language(s): English (additional language as advantage).
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Digital marketing, SEO, Affiliate marketing, Cost-per-Action, partnerships
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
