We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the awesomeness of in Kuala Lumpur. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Approach and acquire new clients for OneKlix
  • Record, track and maintain outbound activity.
  • Understand OneKlix platform enough to provide good introduction to potential clients.
  • Lead the strategy and execution to recruit new clients/networks/ partners to grow OneKlix system.
  • Develop well-defined success metrics for business growth and network activation.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and attend client meetings as required.
  • Oversee network activity and trends, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop ways to increase revenues.
  • Own the metric of active networks on the platform globally.
  • Test, measure and optimize to drive networks growth, engagement and revenue.
  • Deliver easily disseminated program analytics and performance metrics to management.

Business Development Manager – Philippines

We are looking for people with experience in digital marketing & business development in Philippines. You should have at least 1 year in sales and understand digital marketing basics. The ideal candidate should be from the following businesses: IT company, Startup (any industry), Marketing/SEO agency.
  • Drive sales up to new level.
  • Attract and sign new advertisers for the platform.Simple pipeline of BD:Quantitative
  • Find client & approach PIC
  • Register in platform
  • Sign contract
  • Help during integration
  • Start the campaign with new client.Qualitative
  • Keep pace of clients onboarding and achieve quarterly KPI’s and fill sales-flow with new attractive clients for us.
  • Assist assigned clients with first steps in the platform and manage to get full satisfaction with it.
  • Handover satisfied clients to tender hands of account managers.
  • Be absolutely flexible to business needs and ready for over-working and business trips around the World (APAC at least).

Job Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or business management is compulsory.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in advertising business or marketing related business (if you don’t know the difference between CPS/CPL/CPI and never used Google Analytics or any of analytical platforms, this job is not for you.)
  • Conscientiousness, hard-working & positive thinking.
  • Analytical & strategic thinking.
  • Fluent writing and spoken English and Filipino mandatory.
